Terms of Service

By accessing jeehub.in or booking a counselling session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and JEEHub, operated by Harsh Kumar ("we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

JEEHub provides the following educational counselling services:

• Personalized JEE college strategy based on your rank and category
• Rank-based college and branch analysis (Reach / Target / Safe)
• JoSAA choice filling guidance and priority order recommendations
• 1-on-1 video or phone counselling session (up to 60 minutes)
• WhatsApp-based follow-up support during the counselling process

All services are advisory in nature. JEEHub is an independent counselling service and is not affiliated with NTA, JoSAA, CSAB, or any government body. Our guidance is based on historical data and professional experience.

Our services are intended for students who have appeared in JEE Main or JEE Advanced, and their parents or guardians. By using our services, you represent that:

• You are 18 years of age or older, OR have obtained parental/guardian consent
• The JEE rank and academic information you provide is accurate
• You will use our guidance for lawful purposes only

Sessions are booked and paid for in advance at the rate of ₹999 (inclusive of all taxes). Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.

• Your session will be scheduled within 48 hours of confirmed payment
• Session timing will be confirmed via WhatsApp
• Sessions are conducted over phone or video call
• You will receive a follow-up summary after the session

Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of booking will be honoured for that booking.

To get the most out of your session, please be prepared with your JEE rank, roll number, category, state of eligibility, preferred branches, and any specific questions.

• Sessions are for a maximum of 60 minutes
• If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
• We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions cancelled by either party with at least 24 hours notice.
• Recording of sessions without explicit consent from JEEHub is not permitted.

JEEHub provides educational counselling and guidance only. We do not guarantee college admission, seat allotment, or any specific academic outcome. Our recommendations are based on historical JoSAA/CSAB data and professional judgment, which may not predict future outcomes with certainty.

Final decisions regarding college choice and choice filling remain entirely the responsibility of the student and their family. JEEHub shall not be held liable for outcomes resulting from choices made based on our guidance.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information to obtain counselling
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our session content or materials
• Harass, threaten, or abuse JEEHub staff or counsellors

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate conduct.

All content on jeehub.in — including text, graphics, college strategy frameworks, and session materials — is the intellectual property of JEEHub. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JEEHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to decisions made based on our counselling advice.

Our total liability in connection with any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session giving rise to the claim (₹999).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
